30 Nov 2008 - The Mendips
Ok so its been a slow news couple of months, not much to report. Myself Si, Dom and Tom decided to go upto the Mendips for a spot of mountain biking, optimistic considering its been raining and it was frickin freezing! We new it was going to be bad when we got up there and there was so much mud that traction was impossible. At the top there was freezing fog and all the top of all the heather was covered in ice. The route down from the Trig point was almost unrideable and we decided to bin after Dom had a full sideways dismount into some freezing black mud. The pic below sort of shows how nasty it was.
28 September 2008 - Clifton GorgeI'm not usually one for arty photos and all that but I was cycling over the Clifton suspension bridge this morning on my way to get the On-One dirty and I had to stop and take a photo.
Naturally the photo doesn't do it justice but the gorge was full of cloud with the bridge just above it with gorgeous blue sky framing the whole view. Awsome.
15 September 2008 - Bristol Half MarathonI ran in the Bristol half marathon on Sunday 14 Sep. It was a cracking day, probably a little too warm for running 13 miles though. Kerry was there to support me which was fantastic cos it all helps :o) More.... 0
